What is your minimum order?
We will print or embroider as few as 12 shirts per design if that is all you require. Keep in mind that the price drops as you increase the size of your order. Pricing for re-orders is also based on quantity. The minimum quantity for ad specialty items such as mugs or decals is usually 150 pieces per item.

How long does it take to receive the shirts? (Call for rush service availability)?
For Screenprinting, we generally require two weeks from the time we receive your deposit. Embroidery may require a bit more time depending upon the complexity of the design and the number of garments in the order. Most ad specialty items require 3-4 weeks, some items are available in less time.

What are your hours of operation?
8-5 Monday through Thursday, 8-4 on Friday. Our sales team will gladly meet you at your location at any time.

What are “set-up” charges?
SCREENPRINTING: We charge $15.00 per screen in a design, and a minimum $40.00 artwork fee. These charges only apply to the initial order, subsequent printing does not require set-up charges unless the design is changed (new phone numbers or address changes require new screens.)
EMBROIDERY: Each embroidered design requires “digitizing” before it can be sewn. The logo is a “re-drawn” in a program that creates thread patterns and fills. The cost of digitizing is based upon the number of stitches in the design. The price starts at $50.00 and goes up depending on size and stitch count.

What is involved in creating a design?
Our artists can put something together for you, all we need is a rough sketch or basic layout to start with. Art is billed at $40/hour and quoted on a per job basis. One color logos usually incur the minimum $40.00 charge while multicolor jobs start at $60.00. Please call for a quote on multicolor design work.

Payment Methods:
We accept Visa, Mastercard, company and personal checks and cash. A 50% deposit is required on all orders unless credit terms have been established. The balance is due upon receipt unless net terms apply. Schools and public agencies are welcome to operate on purchase orders and the payment will be billed directly to the bookkeeper.
